Preferred 55 Foods for a Hard Body: "In most of my newsletters, I like to supply a benifitial snack or meal recipe that not only is delicious, but also helps to get you closer to that toned-body appearance that everybody is looking for. In this piece, I'd like to supply you benifitial food ideas in a different way. This time, I figured I'd only supply you some ideas of what I store my fridge and cabinets with. Remember, if you don't have junk around the house, you're less likely to eat junk. If all you have is benifitial food around the house, you're required to make smart choices.
